The Challenge
The site had to appeal to Carey’s varying audiences and stakeholders. For instance, Board, staff, parents (current and prospective), students, media, and community. We knew the design had to meet the Carey’s, as well as provide a positive user-experience for each audience type. This meant gaining an understanding of user needs and perspective. Simplifying the enrolment process with online forms was also critical.
The Solution
A bespoke and adaptive design met the needs of a complex audience environment. The sitemap was adjusted for a more intuitive user-experience, including clearer pathways for parents — particularly surrounding the enrolment process. To make the online enrolment process smoother for prospective families, we integrated various user-friendly software with the site.
